On 18th August, Grandmaster Christopher Davies and Grandmaster Nigel Hudson met with British Taekwondo’s new CEO, David Marshall, to discuss our concerns, views and perspectives regarding the UK Kukkiwon Office.
The meeting was open, frank and cordial, providing a valuable opportunity to explain our position and some of the concerns shared by independent Kukkiwon practitioners.
We hope that the meeting helped to provide greater clarity around our perspective and, importantly, opened the door for continued dialogue and constructive discussion going forward.
We appreciate the opportunity to have been heard and look forward to maintaining a positive dialogue as the UK Kukkiwon Office develops.
